Default Help

So i guess i finally got myself in a jam. i have flashed man many ROMS,but recently i hit factory reset on the bootloader screen (i think that is what it is called) instead on recovery and it seems all of my memory has been wiped out. So I have spent many hours trying to figure this out but i am stuck in TWRP with no recovery or ROMS to flash. I have also tried ADB sideload but i keep getting "fail". I am out of ideas. please help.

Your sd card is corrupted, that's what happens when you do a factory reset from bootloader. It's an easy mistake to make. You should just be able to mount your sd card using the mount feature in TWRP, then use Windows to format it to fat32, then you can copy a ROM across to flash.
