Default [Q] Higher power consumption while charging?

Hi there, this will be my first thread.

Since I flashed ARHD 33.1 last week, I'm experiencing heavy issues while charging my phone via Pogo-Pins (wireless charging mod).

(--> wireless charging mod: QI-Receiver is soldered to the pogo pins)
Worked always without any problems before (on previous versions of ARHD).

The problem:
When I place it onto the QI-Charger, it says "charging via USB" - so far so good. BUT it doesn't really charge, battery monitor widget says the phone consumes about 140 mA (--> -140 mA). That way, the battery drains quite a few per cent every hour + device reboots randomly(?).

AND NOW THE STRANGE THING:
When the phone is in Stand-by and NOT connected to any charger, it only consumes about 5-8 mA (--> -8 mA).

How can this be? When it charges, it consumes more power than when it's on standby?

Tried to figure out if some app is starting when charging via pogo pins - without success.

Any explanation for this?

Thx for helping.

CPU frequency stuck at max maybe? Check via a task manager app.
