Are they as reliable as scan disk ?

I wouldn't say as reliable but they're good enough. For this phone at least, anything class 10 is fast enough.

I had bad luck with them always corrupting and stuff

Ive had two corruptions already with this

picked up the samsung one and it works fine so far
