Default How to disable System update notification?

I'm on stock 4.1.2 rooted and is like to get rid of the notifications.

I've already renamed the fwupdate.apk and the odex file, and deleted the update file from cache.

I've also renamed the otacerts.zip fixed permissions in twrp and rebooted.

I can't find any other methods. Any help would be fantastic. Thanks!

Dropbox is old news. Check out Copy.com, 15+ GB FREE, no file size limit, private/public transfers: https://copy.com?r=KM7Yye (yes that's my referral link, if you use it, we BOTH get an additional 5GB FREE don't forget to install and sign into the mobile/desktop app).

In notification pull down, long press on the update notification. There should be an option to disable the notification there

It allows me to go to the app info for Google Services Framework. Isn't that an important app?

So I made sure the update wasn't in my cache, and then selected to install the update. My phone didn't even reboot, it immediately went to a screen that said I was up to date.

FWIW

Yeah but your not deleting the app just disabling any notifications in your status bar
