So after reading up in the forum a bit, I learned that I'm not supposed to try flash the ROM with odin before rooting.
But it happened. Now the phone won't boot and gets stuck at "SAMSUNG" screen.
Trying to go to recovery mode will only reboot the phone.
Before I lose the access to the recovery mode, I did the factory reset thing (wiping data and partition)

What should I do to unbrick it? (The model is SCH-R960U)

Really? I don't think that the case, you don't need to be rooted to flash the ROM via Odin.

Did you try to flash a firmware or a custom ROM? Firmware can be flashed in ODIN without root. Custom ROMS can only be flashed when phone is rooted and should be flashed via a custom recovery (cwm or twrp).

I have the MetroPCS version Mega so I'm not sure if your phone has firmware, root, or custom recoveries available. You have to search the forums to find out.
