Default Signal Bars / carrier name?

Hi,

is there a way (stock kitkat) to show the carriername on the status bar (like near the clock), as soon/as long i have mobile reception ? I never know if i got gsm signal, because the signal bars are showing up as well when i'm outta coverage in "emergerndy calls only" status. To find out i have always to scroll down the notification panel. Maybe i am missing something but in my eyes this is a quite important feature, which every nokia from the 90ies had...

thnx

Probably need an addon maybe GravityBox or some Xposed mod, however you can download iNoty which replicates iOS software/signal bars in your status bar.

there isn't such option in xposed or gravitybox. Try this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...7barfree&hl=it
