Not sure if it can be fixed at all. Relock the bootloader, unlock it again and install a new rom.

Flash philz touch recovery 5.15.9

https://www.dropbox.com/s/yqzlpqo8il...y%205.15.9.img

Flash the boot.img of the rom, then perform a full wipe

Factory reset
Wipe cache partition
Advanced-wipe dalvik cache
Mounts and storage-format cache, data and system

Then install the rom.zip and reboot.

See if that helps.

Read up in here.....dont think you can fix it via software yourself.

http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2293821

They speak of a temp fix....but that's no fix to me. A fix is forever !

When you flash clean roms and they do not bring back signal then a repair shop/HTC need to take a look. Unfortunately

Good luck. I will stick to my opinion unfortunately

No imei, signal, WiFi after correct flashing is not looking good (didn't end well in almost all the cases i have seen it)

Sorry to say. Only thing i can say is to keep trying and hope for the best....

Changing radio does not help in any way for that problem....it could be a mainboard problem...
