OK so. I Unblock my HTC One Max with Rumruner. And got it installed TWRP. But i accident erase my back up data in TWRP, now the phone got NO OS install. I download the verizon RUU in the forum and flash it. But everytime i flash it said (NO MD5 File found), i uncheck the no checking MD5 in the TWRP setting, but still when i flash it it still looking for the MD5 file. How do i get the MD5 file ?

You do not flash ruu's in twrp. You do not need a ruu anyway. Flash a rom from one of the threads that match your phone (international, sprint, or verizon).
