Default [Q] why does the CTRLR have a mirco usb port?

Is it for firmware updates?
USB power to use when batteries are dead?

Yes, it's there to accommodate any firmware updates to the pad that we might want to release.

Yeah...I need another CTRLR...I love this thing. I use it for my phone, tablet, and MOJO. It has a permanent place in my briefcase, now.
