Default N7100 stuck on "Battery loading" screen

So, yeah, my phone's been a douche lately and has developed a new symptom making me unable to start it at all.

That's pretty much it, it's frozen on this screen whenever I attempt to charge it and the power button does nothing except turning the screen off. It's been charging all night.

try to reflash the firmware with odin, or go to stock firmware with kies using this guide (you can find s/n of your phone by pulling out the battery)
report if it worked for you

That's the problem though, I can't get it into download mode nor recovery. From what I've found after spending some time searching, it's a flat or dead battery.

Nah, rooted and opened in the past. Not really a huge issue but I'll try with a different battery next week and hope for the best.
