[Q] G2 + water = hardware issues (help)

Default [Q] G2 + water = hardware issues (help)

Long story short dropped in water, phone works, touch screen works. I can still use knock knock the back power button and feel the vibration from the lock screen and even unlock the phone but the screen is always black. New screen and lcd or?

dudeeeee ! never turn on a phone thats dipped in water. best to turn it off > keep it in a bag of rice for 2 days (and not cook it ) > then power it on !! rice absorbs moisture

I kept it in there for 24 hours then tried to turn it on.
