Default Hboot 1.44 & windows 8.1 = no Bootloader

Like a newbie I was flashing a few RUUs and managed to downgrade to Hboot 1.44 and now bootloader doesn't work with windows 8.1.

Is it possible to use bootloader with windows 8.1 and Hboot 1.44. My device is unlocked and S-off or is there a way to upgrade Hboot without a pc.

Thanks

I did that and for some reason it didn't update my hboot I'm still at 1.44. I'm running 4.19.401.8 but with no fastboot I can't install a TWRP I can't root pretty much anything that requires fastboot.

Well, you're still s-off, just find a Windows 8 pc and flash it from there
