Confirmed. Mine does the same with video mode. Locked up.

Also the battery icon never went down overnight. Rebooted the phone and battery was basically dead.

Reboot into recovery and then you can know what version recovery you're on for sure.

Other easy, readilly accessible, flashable ways to achieve the 6.0.4.4+:

-The latest CM nightly
-RenderBroken's CM11 Kernel
-Mr-Cook's 6.0.4.5 kernel (linked in RenderBroken's CM11 thread)

Do you know what the CWM version of this ROM is?
If it is higher than 6.0.3.2, I will try to flash it first before I flash SN 4.0
Currently I'm on SN 2.0
Thanks.

Did some research and it appears to be cm base issue in general and battery issues seem to be kernel related.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but is there a way for me to add volume skip to this ROM? I'm using it as primarily a music player so this function would be pretty helpful, not a huge deal, but would be really nice.

Otherwise, it's pretty much perfect for my purposes. Thanks Faryaab!
