PLEASE HELP: I CAN NOT install the stock firmware on sgs3 (e210s-korean)

Downloaded the stock firmware update which is around 1,2 GB. (E210SKSUGNA2_E210SSKTGNA2_E210SKSNA2_HOME.tar)
I have ODIN.

Whenever I follow the procedures,
I get the "FAIL" in ODIN.

here is the log message it's giving.
