Default [Q] Help icon missing

I am facing this bug in Sony Stock 4.1 Jb with xperia i1 framework.
Two apps lost their icon one of them is xda app and the other picsart.
Can someone tell me how to fix?

have you tried reinstalling it?

I faced this problem in so many roms iI don't think that something goes wrong while flashing but I will try.
To force stop Xperia home helps till reboot

Did u try clearing HOME data ??


Sony Xperia ION(LT28h)
Android Version - JB 4.1.2
Kernel - Stock Kernel + CWM
Tweaks - init.d + build.prop
Bootloader Status - Un-Locked
Firmware - Sirius/Z2 Full Port V2 Build - 6.2.B.0.211
