1.4 has already dropped for the kernel. Right now we are just finishing up some features, and cleaning up some code. Once we feel we are ready for a release, we will release to our testers, and if they report back everything is good, then there will be a public release.

It looks like this OTA was updated to work with the official SDK that was released today. Google Play Services on Android is rolling out a new update (4.2) that will bake the SDK into Android devices as well.
