Default Accidentally wiped internal storage on Nexus 7 LTE PLEASE HELP!!!

Hello, I accidentally wiped my internal storage on my nexus 7 lte in twrp installing a new rom. I read other threads but really got no clear answer for my device. Im in clear panic mode right now so I may have missed something!!!
ANY help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!!

I don't get it... what kind of help were you initially looking for and what was the solution you found? Please post as much info as possible to make this thread actually useful to other people.

What it sounded like was he was installing a rom, and ended up doing a fullwipe instead of just clearing the Cache and Dalvik..
Then he used Wugfresh's Toolkit to restore his device.
