I am so reluctant to ask this but......(sheepishly)

What is the hardware buttons used to boot into recovery. I read in a post that it was power + up volume.

When I tried it, I just got a loop of the "Galaxy Note 10.1 2014". I had to boot up and use GooManager to do it for me. I just flashed BinDroid v1.0.0 using TWRP 2.6.3.3

Is there an order which I must release them, or timing with the display?

I did searches, and in the forums and found no further explanation about it.

Help a Brotha out....? ...cause there are no stupid question, just stupid people...

Thanks forum

When the white "Galaxy Note 10.1 2014" Lights up you have to release the buttons. I am doing it like this:
When the tablet is off i press the power button and the volume up button until the device is vibrating. Then I release the power button.

yes you've got it
you juste need to press volume up and power button (you can release power button but stay pressed on the volume button).

Thanks Guys!! I just needed to let go of the buttons......Works like a charm. I was just used to other devices, and you did not release until the recovery menu was on the screen.

Thanks for not mocking me openly! I would have deserved it.

I love this new tablet.....Some bastard broke into my house and took my TF-701

It took me several attempts to figure this out as well. Not a sign of idiocy, just a quirky difference.
