Might be a good idea to post a screen shot of the bottom part of your "About device" screen in Settings just to confirm what you currently have installed.

See, that's that very first step that I was doing wrong. Remember the step 1 in your list in post 47 and the file you sent me in post 53? thats the one I am fighting with right now. If thats's the one you are talking about, how do I flash from custom recovery? All I knew so far was flashing Odin, but the file as you know is pretty heavy (1.12gb). So please, show me how to flash using custom recovery.

If you want to use Odin you need to download the file that has Odin in red letters in it's name and unzip once to get the tar.md5 file.

Which recovery are you on now? If you've already reverted to stock mk6 then go the Odin route.

Ok.... Forget about custom recovery. Wipe it from your mind.

Have you downloaded this ?

AT&T UCUBMK6 i317 *Odexed* Stock ODIN Note 2
http://d-h.st/DGZ
I317-ODIN-UCUBMK6-rooted.zip
1.06 GB

If so unzip it. You should have this file now. ------> I317-UCUBMK6.tar.md5.
(Zen, hopefully that's correct.... That's what I have in one of my folders. Not the full I317-ODIN-UCUBMK6-rooted.zip)

Place that file in the PDA slot in ODIN. Press start, Let us know what happens.

That's the one.

After that flashing a custom recovery (in Odin) to flash stock recovery (in philz or twrp) will be needed.... before doing triangle away and unroot.
