i bricked my touchscreen two days ago then this is the way which i fixed my device by:
(for mini)
1:install the wrong rom
2:let the device boot
3:when u see lockscreen connect usb
3: open flashtools then in flashmode choose Xperia Mini (ST15i)_4.0.2.A.0.42(should be downloaded before)
4: pull the battery for making the device off.then use volume-down while u r connecting usb
5:let it be flashed then turn the device on n done
i think it will solve the problem for all who installed wrong rom on their mini(maybe can be used for other mdpi)
