Default Flashing zips

Just rooted and installed twrp on my note 3 running mj7 but when I try to install a zip file I get a failed message and it says E:unable to mount/usb storage. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong ?,

Its Tried to read from sd card and failed. Check your sd is mounted correctly.

Sorry just realised it would be internal storage. See one X users had similar problem.

E:unable to mount/usb storage is a standard error in TWRP, it always shows as it's not supported.

As for your zip not flashing and failing, try a different one, or re-download it.
