I have had a secondhand myTouch 4G Slide for a week, came from an old nokia feature phone. The battery life was awesome and I noticed it was not using old stock battery but a new replacement battery written mpj on it. I usually plug it in and leave it plugged in overnight. Been read some posts about this, but opinions vary. Whether should I do that? Should I unplug once fully charged? Thanks in advance.

Li-ion baterries are worn when they are fully charged. The controller should care to stop the charging when it is full. But even if the battery wears too much I do not care - I'd better buy another one a year earlier (for a couple bucks) rather than bother to wake up in the middle of the night to unplug the phone.

Some people say shouldn't, but I charge my phone every night and they are fine.
