You can flash any recovery by terminal emulator alternatively. No need odin
Install terminal emulator from playstore
Download your preferred recovery
Extract it to .img and put it into internal memory/Recoveries folder(or any folder to you like)
Let say the extracted file is recovery.img
In terminal emulator type su. Then enter
Copy and paste the following command
dd if=/sdcard/Recoveries/recovery.img of=dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/recovery. Then enter
You're done. It should say something about writing in seconds bla bla bla
Reboot into recovery to see the changes

You can head to android development section to if you think you want to flash custom rom but be careful as most them are for KK.However you could find for old jb 4.3 in the same thread of 4.4.2. Just search it. No need to rush. Try to understand it fully before install/flash any mod. It could be dangerous if you don't even know what you're doing.

Ok well i took my phone to an ATT repair warranty center. He hooked it up and flashed it back to original in 10 minutes.. he must have magical software..i tried everything and even took to Samsung for repair and they couldn't flash it back.

All in all i am happy its back.. now its for sale.. i am going back to windows 8 until the larger iPhone comes out.
