I just got a MFN survey for their older Moto phone users I guess. It has been more than a year since I unceremoniously ditched Motorola Droid X2 and went for a much better phone the Dinc2 and now I am on the Dinc4G LTE. I don't need this s#$t anymore. But what should I do? It is very tempting to go for it and give them crap feedback. Or just opt-out?

No one at Moto cares. Moto made a good phone, but they failed at customer support and even failed in assisting customers to support themselves.

Best thing about owning a Dx2 during its peak was the group here (Shadow, Dkz, Nitro, Tom, Lrs, you, lots of others... Melvin) , the only group of people who offered device support.
