How can I flash a modem?
Should I use th modem from the firmware that i flashed?

Cannot quote you, sorry... xda app lags... @sortilego

Either pack a tar.md5 from the modem.bin and the nonhlos.bin and flash in odin in AP slot, or flash modem.bin in cp with autoreboot unticked, reboot into download mode, flash nonhlos.bin in cp with autoreboot unticked, reboot normally

If you flashed a firmware that belongs to the country you live in take the files out of this rom, if not download a rom belonging to your country and extract the modem.bin non-hlos.bin

I flashed it twice but no improvement, if i flash a Hunagary (T-mobile) modem.bin and non-hlos.bin it could be better or brick my phone again?

It could but i dont think so

If it bricks, just flash your firmware back and you will be up again
