Default Can't wipe data/cache in CWM, s-off+hboot unlocked, 2x bootloader(4.3)

CORRECTION: HBOOT 1.55.0000
Using recovery-clockwork-6.0.4.7-m7vzw (basic)

Whenever I try to format data and cache using CWM I get a message displaying ...

Code:
Select Code
formatting data...
formatting cache...
and it hangs there. I have waited a good 5 minutes with no change. I hard rebooted the phone and it came up as normal -- all data/settings still intact.

I'm trying to go to CM10.2. The phone is rooted -- I unlocked/s-off'd using firewater.

The mount settings are as is:
Code:
Select Code
mount /system
unmount /cache
mount /data
format /boot
format ..and so on..
mount USB storage

***RESOLVED***

I flashed 6.0.4.4 instead of 6.0.4.7 and I was able to quickly format data/cache.
