[Q] Installing Custom Roms on Android 4.3

I have one simple question. Can you install custom roms on a Verizon GS3 running on Android 4.3?

More
If you took the OTA update...then you need to use safe strap and a touch wiz rom I believe...if you use anything else you'll be in trouble.

Just to make sure it's clear, only VRUCML1 4.3 based TouchWiz roms

Yes, but I'd add it has to be a 4.3 custom TouchWiz rom also.

Can one of you guys link that rom to me? Or is there a way I can downgrade back to 4.1.2?

You cannot downgrade back to 4.1.2, you will hard brick your phone. Check this post for a list of 4.3 TW ROMs you can flash through safestrap:
