Default [Solved]Enable all apps for multiwindow on 4.2.2?

I was able to do this on my old Note N7000 by using a flashable zip, but I can't find anything of the sort for my Note 3 N9005. I've tried various multiwindow manager apps from the Play Store, but none support Kit Kat. Is there any other way to do this?

Have you tried this one? http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2558517
I don't know if it works on KK, but you can always try the free version.
