I am getting a Nook Simple Touch with Glowlight, mostly to root and have fun with. Not sure what to pick to root it. Should I use NookManager or GlowNooter? What's the difference between the two? Which would be better for the Nook Simple Touch with Glowlight? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I used NookManager to root both my NST and Glowlight. It works well and is simple to use and provides a way to back up you original configuration before rooting (this is highly recommended). You will need at least a 2GB microSD card to be able to get the backup.
