Default [Q] After update to .136 double system memory

Hi Guys,

Quick newb question;

I was on 4.3 .290 rooted NUT before updating to .136 rooted NUT.
I followed all the steps and performed a TWRP backup before installing .136. I did however also check system as backup.
When I rebooted phone after everything was completed I went from 800MB internal memory used to about 2GB used. Is this because I also did a backup of the system and not only data in TWRP? Can I undo this?

Thanks in advance,
