I'm on MDL Bootloader and MK2 Baseband and i want to go back to MDL Baseband is that possible since I'm on mdl bootloader?
And if not is it possible to have a stock kernel on mk2 based rom (with my mdl bootloader and mk2 baseband)?

Yes you can downgrade to mdl baseband. Just Odin flash the modem.bin.

As long as your bootloader is MDL it's possible to downgrade but you will need to
go to http://SamMobile.com and download the official stock Odin flash S4 4.2.2 MDL
firmware and flash your phone with it.

You cannot go back to MDL baseband by simply flashing an cwm/twrp flashable
4.2.2 custom or stock zip file rom.

Good luck!
