on my sdcard there is folder image with many files *.b0*,*.b1*,*.b2* and *.mdt
i can't see any debrick.bin there

It's the same file you originally flashed to the sd card. You mention it in the op

is it true - i must rename debrick-SGH-I747U-CUEMJB3.img to debrick.bin ?

o! It helped me. But at first i get error with write permission to /dev/block/mmcblk0
I fixed it on CWM and after this do
dd if=/sdcard/debrick.bin of=/dev/block/mmcblk0
and now phone boot normally!
