How to enable WiFi in recovery mode?

How can I enable WiFi in recovery?
I'm using ubuntu(linux on android) command line under recovery. but there's no WiFi connection so that I can't use any command depends on network such as apt-get wget etc......
really want to access to network in recovery

any advice are appropriated
