Hi all, Iīve got the following problem. HTC One m7ul, OS Version 2.24.401.1, HBOOT 1.54.0000, Radio 4A.23.3263.28, S-ON, Unlocked, TWRP 2.6.3.3, Cyanogenmod 10.2.1.
What I wanted to do now is switch to a newer firmware, but I donīt now how to do that exactly.

What do I need to flash to get the most current OS (In my opinion this is 4.19.401.8), where I got two files from, one from here:

http://xda7.androidrevolution.nl/db_...4.19.401.8.rar (seems like recovery only)

and the other one is: http://xda7.androidrevolution.nl/db_...4.19.401.8.zip

Main issue I have is that LTE speed is max 8Mbit/sec... and though Iīm S-ON I donīt know how to update the current firmware without bricking my phone...

Thanks in advance

L

Thanks, but thatīs why I was asking...

In what order do I need to do what step? I was reading a lot but Iīm unsure how this procedure can be done.

Going back to stock 2.24.401.1 (How can that be done since I donīt find any 2.24.401.1 RUU)
unlock again
S-off if possible
OTA to newest FW
flash recovery
flash ondroid Backup

Could that be the way?

Thanks

use ARHD 31 and try rumrunner or firewater S-OFF; no need to get OTA
after that you can flash latest firmware

Great, thanks a lot! As Iīve read this should bring me to FW 4.19.401.8 without extra flashing the FW.

Appreciate!
