Default Any Open Source RSS Apps?

I recently became acutely aware of how dependent I am on Feedly when it went down for my a couple days ago.

Are there any good community driven open source RSS applications available?

Does Tiny Tiny RSS require own dedicated news server or does it work at cloud in same fashion like GReader did?

Also I would like to know if News+ Premium has all the advanteges of gReader Pro, ie. if it's a full-valued upgrade ofer GRP with advantage of more adaptibility to new services. I 've been used gReader Pro for over year so now interested if it's development stall on the notch of News+ Premium.

It needs an own server (but several people, including me, have an open registration), and yes, it seems to.
