I don't know, it's too hard to determine the cause on a second hand device. Anything could have been done to it by the previous owner so your best bet is probably to run an RUU to start fresh, then flash whatever custom ROM you like.

What really happen is Dat when I first got it, d bootloader was unlocked and rooted and was working fine. It was wen I upgraded it dat d bootloader locked back.
