Hi Guys
At start I would like to say I'm completly newbie to this, so please for asnwering me as simple as possible.
Two days ago I bought HTC Desire Z. Seller said it's brand new, he was selling it at massive scale (about 1k).
But I think it's not brand new. When I go to bootloader, there is S-OFF and it has SUPERCID, so someone already modified it.

And now, I don't know where to start to install custome software. I tried the HTCdev way, but When it gets to Token recive, I got Error Command.
HBOOT version is 0.85.0005, I couldnt flash rom provided by HTCdev site.

I will give any information needed.

Thanks for fast replay.

Right now you just want an engineering bootloader and custom recovery, from there you can flash any ROM
