Yep. ADB asking for root is what I meant to check your logs for. And if I'm not mistaken, I had to grant debugging permission to Rumrunner when it asked, too. I was pretty drunk the night I S-OFFed, so not positive which asked for which, but both asked for permissions.

yeah it should ask for permissions... but why isn't it asking?? i just tried to S-OFF my ONE with the laptop of mom and rumrunner doesn't ask for permissions there aswell

What is wrong with my HTC ONE?! >.<

This happens when I'm trying to S-OFF via Firewater:

Just to add my two cents, I'm in the same boat as you. I somehow managed to go back to S-ON upgrading to the latest firmware and arhd 51 and now can't get S-OFF back. Rumrunner doesn't ask for SU permissions for me either. Firewater told me that it worked, but it didn't actually work. I'll be curious if you figure anything out, as I am too busy currently to really look into it myself.
