[Q] G2 root adb says multiple devices found

Hi, i have a G2 (vzw) and when i try to run the root tool (following all instructions) the cmd window throws an error.

I managed to catch a screenshot before it closed

Any help? Could i be an idiot and missed something?

I installed all necessary drivers, and followed the instructions to a T.
