so u f'ed your partitions?

1- how about a "fastboot getvar all" (xxxx-out all but the first three characters of IMEI, MEID and s/n... yes show us the first three characters, not the rest)

2- a screenshot of bootloader

3- exact recovery name, version, and MD5

---> okay, this is NOT GOOD!! you have an M7_U/UL model not M7_WLS

so you're running the wrong recovery!! (and may have f^uped your partitions)
for M7_U/UL, get
2.6.3.3 here: http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/m7
or 2.6.3.4 here: http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/m7ul
(that site doesnt play nice with download managers, so check MD5)

"don't know what you mean by MD5" -> verify MD5 on your downloads, if you dont know how, check my guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2541082 in post #1 under "Not so FAQ"

i'm not going to write about md5 again.
