[Q] Problem With flashing kernels

Hi All
I have a problem and i didn't know how to solve it
from tow days i downloaded and installed a KITKAT rom in my arc s
so normally i flashed the kernel that came with the rom !
but know i want to back to 4.1 JB
but when i flash the kernel i want i couldn't go into CWM to install the rom !!
i tried Fusion kernel and SuperFusion kernel but no hope
can any one help me ? :\

FIX IT
i fixed the problem by installing the stock rom and reinstall the kernel which i want to use

But how do you flash the kernel, or any kernel because whenever i try this message appears:

Why? I have root-ed my phone and i'm running on Xperia Ultimate HD 5.0.1 ROM!

Unlock your bootloader and only then you can flash custom kernels...
