Default TWRP Update

How can i update twrp for the T999N? twrp manager app says device isnt supported, but im on version 2.5.0.0 and want/need to flash 2.6.3.1

GooManager says no recoveries were found for this device, would it be okayy/safe to odin flash it? Wouldnt want to take away root
