Yes, actually there is! Pwncakes' Quantum Rom, with the newest release, has been reported with excellent performance on all aspects including Bluetooth and camera.

That's not entirely true, lots of ppl are reporting camera problems in that thread...mostly when switching from video to camera. But still a great ROM! Might be fixed in latest version, but seems like it's a problem with all CM-based ROMs.

Actually it seems that the problem only arises if you set it to save pictures to the SD card (rather than internal storage).
