Yes, actually there is! Pwncakes' Quantum Rom, with the newest release, has been reported with excellent performance on all aspects including Bluetooth and camera.
The link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2390147 Make a Nandroid, test the Rom, its been a great one for me! Good Luck!

That's not entirely true, lots of ppl are reporting camera problems in that thread...mostly when switching from video to camera. But still a great ROM! Might be fixed in latest version, but seems like it's a problem with all CM-based ROMs.

Actually it seems that the problem only arises if you set it to save pictures to the SD card (rather than internal storage).
