Default Google account is deleted randomly after reboots

Hi there.
I updated to official JB 4.3 and everything is working fine.however, when I reboot the device the Google account is removed from accounts list and all synced data disappears. So, I have to login again and sync all these data after every reboot.

Any ideas for cause or solution

This is not the behaviour with official jb... Never happened..
Do a complete factory wipe and use...
Else if ur rooted and have a custom recovery reflash gapps once...

I actually did factory reset and the same issue happened again now

Also, device is not rooted and Cwm is not installed.
