Looking for email and exchange modded to disable device administration.

Similar to these, but that will work with the note 3.

I should note that I'm on stock rooted.

I use Touhdown for my Exchange mail.

Then I dont have to give Exchange admin to my phone.

Got the stock apps, and wanam xposed only does no pin. Not device administrator.
