I'm relatively new in this forum but going through the related posts previously put here I haven't been able to resolve my problem.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 SHV-E210K (originally from Olleh, South Korea) phone that I want to unroot using triangle away so that I can upgrade the phones' firmware.
Problem is that after installing 'Triangle Away' and starting the app, I get the below error message:
Could not locate magic header.
This may be because you are not rooted, or your device is not supported. On many devices you need to be running Android 4.0 or newer.
If your device is not yet supported (but you are rooted), a dump file can be made that might help bring support to your device.
Create a dump file?
Really wanted to unroot the phone so that I may be able to do firmware upgrades on it.
Would really appreciate any assistance I can get.
Attached is the dump file, "TriangleAway.zip"
Thanks in advance.
My phone specs are:
Model Number: SHV-E210K
Android Version: 4.1.2
