Hi All,
I have a rooted Asus tf300t.
I wish I could increase performance, staying with the stock rom.
Right now the tablet is very laggy and slow and also some games are very laggy (asphalt8, modern combat 4), and would like to see if performance improves with an overclock.
How can i do that? Wich app can i use? is there any guide?
Thanks in advance.

Have you tried GRIMLOCK's kernel, overclocked to 1.7GHZ? he has a few around here in the Dev section. Make sure that you have the right one for stock rom and make a back up.

Thanks for the answer.
But i don't have a unlocked bootloader, so i think that i can't flash it. I don't want to unlock bootloader to not void the warranty.
am i wrong?

Yes, you will need to Unlock your Bootloader, but if you decides to go down that route make sure to you Nvflash your device first. That way in case you brick your device, you will have a way to fix it.

I bought my device refurbished and my warranty was voided after 30 days, so it didn't matter to me. Your situation might be different.
