Default [Q] Failsafe reboot

On my Nexus 7 I have confidence in the fact that if I ever lock up the device by whatever means, I can hold down that power button for 10 seconds or so and force it to reboot.

I want to know if there is a mod or some way to make it possible to do this on the GS4. I know your thinking just pull the battery but in my case it is a pain to remove the protective case. And then the 7500 mah battery is awkward to pull as I feel like I am bending or tweaking it to get it out due to its size and tight fit. And that is not preferable.

Well every device has a specific hard reboot method that as far as I know and have ever seen, can't be changed. Phones with embedded batteries have hard key combinations such as your N7 but phones with removable batteries obviously can only be hard rebooted with a pull. Sorry dude.
