Connect the Phone to USB on PC and Format the DATA clean all folders, then go Recovery and do factory reset and wipe cache 3 times, then go download mode and flash the firmware 4.4.2 with odin 3.09.. and see if you got battery drains again.

Dunno if its the correct way but thats what i will do it to test :X

If you guys want to turn around your battery life, upgrade to kitkat. We can try to play hide and seek all day with what drains your battery, the fact is, i got better battery drain with GPS, Localization, Wifi, BT and NFC all on, on kit kat, then you guys have with all that shut off on Jelly Bean, and then upgrade to X-Note 9.0

P.S. Please explain how you were running 4.2 when the phone came stock with 4.3?

French or polish phone does not matter.
Don't have to root for greenify manual mode.
Read previous posts so you can identify draining process/app.

Even on a fresh recovery install, sometimes it will last me 3 days sometimes it will last me 12 hours.

Check "Watchdog" system monitor from store, it can notify you when phone is sitting idle and some system process/app uses cpu over set % threshold
