Phone [Q] android phones with 3-axis intertial sensors

It seems somehow difficult to have specific information about what type of inertial sensors (accelerometers, magnetometers, gyros), a specific smartphone has. If it relatively easy to get whether a model has one of these sensor or not, but it is really hard to find if e.g. for an accelerometer, it is mounted a 3-axis, 2-axis or single-axis one. And the same holds for the other inertial sensors.

My point is, do you know where to find detailed info for all Android phones? Maybe a list specific to these sensors?

Places like GSM arena or wiki comparison of Android devices just don't go too specific on that.
